Owners Ed and Marcia Miller opened Fremont Cutlery Co. in June of 2022. Fremont Cutlery Co. grew out of an enjoyment of knives of all kinds and, for Marcia, cooking and kitchen equipment. Buying a knife is a tactile experience that cannot be replaced by a picture on the internet. As soon as you walk in the door, you know that you have reached knife Heaven. The first thing you see in the antique display case is a beautiful collection of one of a kind, custom made knives by GJ Knives right here in Fremont. These are works of art as well as practical tools and Fremont Cutlery is the sole distributor.

Customs by Mitchell Cutlery of Bellevue are available as well. Look around and you can see outstanding, USA made, production knives from Esee, Case, Cobratec, Hogue and many others, including limited editions and vintage collectibles. Rosecraft and Bestech knives are favorites. If you have never held one of these great brands you are missing one of the great joys of a knife enthusiast.

Automatics are available both OTF and out the side models, primarily by Cobratec, though Benchmade, Kershaw and Bear & Sons brands are also present. Speaking of budget, there are dozens of great budget priced knives that you can take home for around a twenty dollar bill.

A magnetic block can display your beautiful knives and a wonderful teak cutting board gives you a solid and safe work surface.
